Nice video..but pls don't say this as Vipassana In Vipassana u have to work with natural sensation which comes and goes within body framework In your case ur experiencing sensation from flowing water Correct me if I am wrong
You are not wrong. There are many stages of Vipassana. When you participate in 20 days course, 30 days course, 45 days course or even solo retreats, one learns to meditate constantly, non-stop, while doing everything during the day (eating, walking, talking, standing, when nature calls, bathing etc.), focusing on sensations, on the body. Once developed, one can meditate anywhere in any situation, always with awareness on the body and with the understanding of Anica.
