The song is performed by the Egyptian soprano Amira Selim, she is singing an ancient Egyptian song named "The rhythm of Isis". This was the first time that this song was performed in hieroglyphics with the exact way it was performed thousands of years ago
@@AmSeris same as hieroglyphic, Coptic is not a language (it actually just means "Egyptian") but an evolved version of ancient Egyptian writing during the Greco-Roman era in Egypt - It uses the Greek alphabet + 9 characters of the Demotic script (the other script used more widely in ancient Egypt next to the hieroglyphic script). Language is what is spoken and it would still be called Egyptian in this case. Think of how for example English, French, German, Spanish, etc. are languages that are spoken, and they all use the Latin alphabet. Hope that clarifies some things! ^_^
@@Bunkii11 That's only partially true. Coptic is both a script and also a Egyptian "language" variety. You see, depending on how linguists see it, the Egyptian language can be split into multiple language varieties over its very long lifespan, and very often changes in scripture also denote big change in the spoken language and its rules like the demotic stage for example being both a language variety and a script. There are no such things as "evolutionary stage" in linguistics to begin with, each stage is technically a different variety that descends from the same larger "Egyptian language tree". However, It's also hard to call them dialects because they lack regionality, and any Egyptian language stage already had regional dialects within it. For example, Late Egyptian speakers would hardly understand Early archaic Egyptian. Likewise, if you only learn Coptic, you won't understand Demotic, the stage right before it. You see, while demotic was spoken just before Coptic, it was used liturgically only nearing the end and the people started developing a separate vernacular that they spoke in the streets (diglossia). Sort of how now people speak Egyptian Arabic and still use Standard Arabic for religion and other official stuff. This allowed Coptic to deviate further from demotic over time, and even further and further from late Egyptian. So from the perspective of Demotic or late Egyptian, Coptic might be an extreme dialect, but from the perspective of Middle Egyptian and before, Coptic is 100% a descendant separate language variety. Think of how Italian is a language variety that's descended from Latin, and Italian speakers cannot understand Latin. It only took a few hundred years for Latin to become more than 6 languages. Ancient Egyptian has been around for 4000 years.
This is ancient Egyptian language, not Arabic It’s the language Egyptian pharaohs were talking It talks about their greatness and you can feel it from the words even Egypt really came first then history followed Outstanding

We held another party three days ago. The event is the opening of Rams Road in Luxor, witness it. It is really a wonderful show. As for the third and largest concert, it will be next year (the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum)
It's Egypt, Egyptians and Egyptians. Egypt is the country, Egyptians are the inhabitants of the country, and the Egyptian is the civilization of the people of the country for 7000 years until today
Hi,first This song 🎵 sang in the old Egyptian language 7000 years ago called heroglific=pharos language So few in Egypt 🇪🇬 who can know this language 50 out 120 million I am one of them because I was a tour guide I studied for 4 years
I can’t wait to re-cover this song I learn something about hieroglyphics and I think I would like to study some more (I do it all by myself, but I stopped because of university) I will bring this thing in my country, ‘cause all the people have to know what is REALITY I love Ancient Egypt since I was in 3rd elementary school and I never get bored to it, I will talk to Ancient Egypt with people like they do with the simple stuff Send you a Big Hug ❣️💐
I was watching your pervious reaction I was going to tel you you missed the most important part as it was an ancient Egyptian song. Thank you for your lovely reaction to our country ❤
I'd like to react toطريق الكباش It is a ceremony like the Golden Parade. We celebrated discovering many pharaohs' statues over 70 years. Luxor became an open museum
You literally have to watch the full event, cuz you missed much. There’s a much bigger event that will be held during the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum, they still didn’t announce the exact date, but it will be before the end of this year. It means within the next two months. Don’t miss it👌🏻 Welcome from Egypt ❤️
This is not a song , this is a thousands years ago religious anthem for the Goddess isis from the book of the dead in ancient Egyptian language, no one speaks this language now except the egyptologists and language experts
It was a pharaonic hymns to glorify the god , thousands of years ago, and it was in the hieroglyphic language, and of course you won't find a caption for it on youtube ,😅🤚 because it is not used nowadays .
I'm Egyptian living in Egypt but I miss Egypt 🥺 miss the old times Egypt which was the source of knowledge and culture and arts and beauty.... a lighthouse in the middle of a dark Sea.... Not nowadays Egypt filled with garbage literally and metaphorically speaking , poverty and diseases Full of rich Hippocrates, illiterates and dancers and not in a classy artistic way type of dancers but hoes type of dancers and celebrities messing up the public taste , destroying generations , principals and ethics ..... Full of hungry and sad depressed scientists ... Full of Egyptians looking for their beloved Egypt... Searching for pride in their memories... Full of Egyptians living as strangers because they are missing their home while living in it 🥺 Egyptians and Egypt deserve way better than that .... I even was ashamed to write this in Arabic because Arabic word would've been much more stronger and devastating.....
This song called " Hymn of fear of Isis" you can search on RU-vid if you want to know the meaning of this song because this song is not an Arabic its in the language of the Ancient egyptians
