Properties with tourist licenses would have to be three times as expensive. If you want to speculate with them, if you want it for business, they would have to be treated as a business from the beginning And not sell them at the price of a home for a family.

It's a shame about the tourist license. It's a shame to buy to speculate in another country. In a small town to alter the daily and real lives of the neighbors. Living next to something like this is a nightmare. Too bad it's not a family home.

Sorry to hear that you seem to have had a bad experience of this. Many villages appreciate the tourism for additional revenue. My local council and villagers are working on attracting tourism.

@@olivegrovesandgrapevinessp7293 We city dwellers flee from them because of tourism and the speculation that it entails, where to towns like that? To end up surrounded by AIRBNB again? Thank you for your response, I understand your work and the idea from the City Council but they have no idea how this is going to destroy their lives. By the way, the houses you show are beautiful, we are looking for one but in a quiet environment without tourists. We are Spanish.
