Very nice house that could be easily reformed for not too much money. I would have bought it straight away if ot wasn't that Cordoba is sooo hot. Easily 10 degrees above Almeria or Alicante area. Nonetheless a fantastic house 😊
You do come up with some sweet little numbers , in a reasonable price range ….not everyone can throw a bucket of money then spend out , as a builder I can see what you selling….. I think your pretty good pound for pound pound …… but then you can haggle or walk away….. 👍🙃

I understood that the house is in the province of Chiclana de la Frontera but I did not understand where the location of this house is. I would have been curious to see what the street looks like and what the house looks like from the street.
Eu tenho visto muitos vídeos de vendas de casas nos países EUROPEU , mas estou observando que está mais barato comprar casas na ESPANHA x ITALIA . As casas que estão a venda em PORTUGAL estão muito caras , das quais muitas delas estão em estado de RUÍNAS .
So really the value can be whatever amount they choose and as higher value means higher tax payment it’s doubtful it will ever be at the buyer price or lower. Sounds like a con to me.
tricky one I like them both too but chose Spain as at least spoke some Spanish but not Italian. Id look at both then just try to find you perfect property in perfect town and see where it happens to be
