No Check the lucky hit chance on both puncture has way more and u dont wanna spend ressources

you dont need hella attack speed i just have like 40 percent speed make sure to spam flurry after hitting 3 times to gain 100 percent attack speed and i have about 60 lucky hit. also use the potion of adventage 2 makes a huge dif gives u 15 percent lucky hit chance and attack speed

60% is added after you use the skill, right? Another doubt, do your abilities seem to return faster or is it just me, if so as a potion?
