One of the greatest progressive rock works ever composed. And these old men can still belt it out. Incredible. (I'm an old man too. :)).

The very first memory of ever hearing Yes was on the radio back in the late Summer / Fall of 1971 around the age of 7 then when the radio station played the song Roundabout as a single before the Album actually came out and wasn’t released until 1972 . My Mother was washing either the dishes or the floor in the 2 flat we lived in at the time in Chicago. I don’t remember or recall hearing Yes on the AM radio station here until they introduced the FM to the Airwaves and even back then I wasn’t to much into The Rock n Roll scene back then but as Time went On over the Years I Became a Very Big and Huge Fan of Yes ! I Absolutely Love Most Of their Music Especially All The Great Masterpieces they have made in their music History which is part of The Rock n Roll Soundtrack of My Life !❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Lowering keys always seems to "darken" songs to my ears....but the positives certainly outweigh the negatives. These guys are the real deal and this blows away any "Yes" show from the past 2 years (at the least). Bravo!

Really glad to see Mr. Jon Anderson on the vocals again - the most regocnisable and human sounding vocalists ever - not to speak about the Mr. Rick Wakeman the Wizard with the (All of those) keyboards. Awaken has been my all time Yes favorite since 1979, when I first recorded it with my tiny cassette player. Of course Steve Howe is the original member, but I enjoyed Rabins performance as well, but what I really miss here is Chris Squire with his taller than life boots :) and amazing playing with his Rickenbacker bass.

Wakeman is a musical genius. with Andersons voice out of this earth! I miss the team with Howe and Wakeman battling with the music climaxing under and around the vocals. Rabin wrote some fantastic stuff and is great. Thanks for sharing this music event. Amazing they still play so well. I missed many of the later concerts. My first was in Buffalo at War memorial stadium I believe? and later in the round. They made me look at music from a whole new perspective. Very inspiring! Still an event to witness. God bless them all.

Stellar performance. About 2 years ago I went to see the Steve Howe, Alan White, Billy Sherwood incarnation of Yes and I was a bit disappointed. I really hope that these guys can do one more tour so myself and my wife can see them live, because we are none of us getting any younger, and these clips I have watched of ARW demonstrate that these guys do a much better job of recreating the sound from the original line up.

Even though this show hasn't present itself as "Yes" what matters is that this band has left and idelible mark on the history of rock, to say if this or that one does it better is for this level not only stupid but unfair with these incredible musicians who have produced unforgettable music

I was at this show, I live only 20 minutes away from the venue, and there's something I want to say about it. This was the last time I ever got high to a concert. For all of my life I felt I had to be high to be able to enjoy a concert but, then, it occurred to me that when I first discovered Yes, and Genesis, and Pink Floyd, and all that good stuff, I was a young teen who's never had a drop of liquor in me, much less used marihuana. I thoroughly enjoyed all that majestic music on its own merits. So ever since 10/4/16, I've enjoyed every concert I've gone to by only having a beer, or two. It is such a relief I don't need to hide in my car smoking weed, hoping the police will not find me. It's such a relief I don't have to show up at my seat stinking of marihuana. My next show is going to be Steve Hackett playing all of SEBTP and I can't wait for it!!!

Thank you for this. Awaken is my favorite Yes song, though there are certainly others which are nearby. Watching it the first time through, I was really moved. I saw them 5 nights in a row at Madison Square Garden during the Tormato tour, and they certainly captured the spirit here. I also really appreciated all the improvised ideas scattered throughout. You KNOW you can capture moments when you can do THAT ! Thank you Jon, Trevor, and Rick. I'm looking forward to more, and hearing new things from youz guyz ! Whaddya got in ya ?! They were great on this 2016 leg, but are MAGICAL on the 2017 set. Tighter, and having SO much fun playing together. This is the best outcome for Yes-Dom: two touring bands with differing sounds and focus, but still untouchable musicianship.

Funny thing, the first time I heard "Owner of a Lonely Heart" (on MTV), I thought Asia had released a new album. Evidently, I hear Steve Howe's influence on Yes (or Yes' influence on Steve Howe) even when he on the album. What I miss in this recording is Squire's bass lines, which were so prominent on the album--and so lacking here. Hopefully it was easier to hear live. :-/

Growing up in Nashville I've seen them almost every time they've been here. First was 73', I was 16. Then 75' Relayer, 77' Going for the One. !980 Drama, 84, 88 & 94 the Rabin years. 2000 Masterworks tour, then a long stretch that almost killed me ended in 08'. Then 2011 Fly from Here & 14' Heaven and Earth ( last time I saw Squire ). Got some good photos from 75 & 84. I love this band! Can you tell? lol Have Yessongs in the car right now. God bless, Rick peace....

Hey TapeheadToo! Great job! Love me some YES!Your quality is awesome. I also love to film concerts (they're on my other channel) but when ARW comes to Nashville, the venue is the type that shuts every recording device down, so not sure what kind of footage I'll get. What kind of camera do you use? I'm so impressed. Can't wait to watch the rest of the show, but "Awaken" was posted on a YES page so I started here. Again Great Job! And I KNOW what you go through to film a show. It's work! But a rewarding work when someone appreciates what you did! So please except my thanks! Oh and if you're interested, my other channel is TheDailyVinylLIVE. I'm in Nashville.

Glad to see them. They are Yes for me. But, Awaken cannot compare to Toddmoblle Version with Anderson. That I will watch again. This version Not so much. It was good dont get me wrong but my expectations were higher. I do not know what the full setlist is but I want to here more Rabin era stuff. I have heard Roundabout, Hear of the Sunrise and Perpetual Change, and All good people enough. I am wanting to hear stuff form Talk, 90125 and BG. A good opener would have been Lift Me Up from Union. If I want to hear the stuff currently on you tube I have many DVDs I can watch. Disappointed with what I have seen so far not with musician ship, but song selection. And Firebird to open show!

I agree with you 100%. I so badly wanted to hear more from those albums. I agree Lift Me Up is a great opening. If I were to make their opening, I would've opened with Evensong/Take The Water To The Mountain (with an extended nature like intro with violin strings) and gone into The Calling after that. Unfortunate that I don't get to make the setlists lol.
