Impressed. The maturity, vision & clarity of thought is to be appreciated. I can only imagine the struggle he must have had to go through after his father's demise with central congress leadership and state opposition parties trying their level best to tie him down. When AP state formed in 1950, then there was seperate state called HYDERABAD state.After AP state formed telugu speaking districts of Hyderabad State joined in Ap(Hyderabad state only agreed on a condition that Hyderabad city to be mada capital), Kannada speaking districts of Hyderabad state merged in Karnataka and Marathi speaking districts merged in Maharasthra.
