Very nice recipe. This version I make but Mom makes similar but without onion/ garlic / tomatoes. More hing and a pinch of roasted menthyada pugi. Also with other greens too. Like chukke soppu, goNi soppu, hunase chiguru for which you need use tamarind or very little. Very well presented Mam. Love your pace and narration. Thank you for sharing.
