This is very important! I think that these kind situations you get into with good wrestlers and mma fighters, when your opponent is just trying to stand up with underhook and just forcing themselves on their feet, is very important thing to know how to defend and shutdown, also these makes traditional jiujitsu fighter much more powerful and all around better when they learn some wrestling, so they have that skill to just get up on their feet or just better their position with underhooks and basic wrestling skills. Anyway i must try this tomorrow, keep these kind of videos coming Andre!

Too much BJJ becomes too complex. My old coach was teaching solid White to blue belt moves and now the new coach is teaching us advanced stuff and my brain is taped out
