It’s Saturday and Kem said we should liberate the chokecherry brandy. It tastes really good and yielded quite a lot. This has been brewing since right before Memorial Day. We processed this the same way as apple brandy with raisins and sugar. Do not skimp on either. This was an experiment for us and turned out to be an epic success.
