I think because TV as a whole is dying networks have to start looking at what gets consistent steady views. Just to stay afloat at all. I mean the challenge has been on MTV for like 30 years. So taking a “risk” on something like all gas wouldn’t have been worth it. Granted you could argue that’s why it’s dying because it’s all trash but ya know.

@@goatsnightmare7076 Started with tracking Calories and pair dance 4 times a week. Now im Dancing 5 times/week and im swimming 2-3 times/week. With swimming i started slow at like 40 lanes in 50 Minutes. Now im at 70 lanes in about 50 (more like 54 Minutes) because i pay per hour. As Breakfast i most often eat Cereal with yogurt from MyMuesli or brands like that. I try not to get to much chocolate in them but rather higher parts of Oatmeal. If i wanna get fancy i get bread with tomatoes and a fried egg. Depending on my mood ill take a slice of ham aswell. In germany this is called "Strammer Max" and there are different variations. At Lunch i eat what i want but always take care about the size of the meal. I found out that a Döner Kebab with chicken meat only has about 700-800 kcal so if i wanna get fast food, i just choose that and it seems to work. Before going to bed i take a slice of bread with chicken breast fillet because the fillet only has 1kcal/gram. On swimming days i usualy eat more as Lunch and just track Calories. 1h of swimming burns about 1000 kcal so that are the days on which you can go out for dinner with friends or something like that. For me it was important to be able to eat what i want if i really feel like it so i just go and burn some calories before i do :D Edit: And i started drinking only Coke Zero and Tea.
