Lex please please don't get the wrong idea from this. There are very few people open to information without risk of radicalization. Ai can be used to reveal the other side of history. Someone has been translating speeches from some of America's most notorious adversaries. I often wonder how anyone would follow a genocidal maniac like Hitler. So recently I found myself curious if there were English translations done by Ai. Sure enough there are. It does sound like he's articulating the problems in America better than any American ever has. It occurred to me... he couldn't have attained the power he did, if he was who they paint him as. Not here for his defense speeches, which the math maths, if you take citizenship from a veteran after a world war he's probably gonna lose it. Idk if the 2 parties before him were actually killing dissidents, and that forced the Reich but that's not important now. The important thing is that the economic, political, and cultural things we complain about, are the things he spoke about. Very similar to Dr Claud Anderson. But Claud understood that the same way the problem is caused the problems can be solved. Powernomics. It's something some communities do better than others. As a Black American I can tell you we are victims of powernomics, and the only solution is powernomics. We have to control our own cultural interests, representation, justice, politics, and economics. Instead of being force fed drill music by people like Lyor Cohen, we need more Jayz's who put on the Kanyes and Jcoles. Because it changes who we see in the mirror. See I think Jewish culture is powerful and should be emulated rather than eradicated. Although Israel is trying to force the third temple prophecy which in the book means death for the rest of us, I don't think emulating that discontent for anyone different helps us emulate the more powerful side. I guess the reason I bring it up, is I wonder what you think about Jewish people consistently finding so much power in so many different nations, but also I wonder if you listen to Hitlers speech do you recognize the similarities? And if you do, what do you think of his articulation of the dichotomy of all the different problems together? Again I want reiterate that the things the Jewish community does seem powerful and should be emulated. Especially because this country is capitalist. I just think the strategies should be used to benefit the people on the bottom, rather than to take advantage of them in the way so many capitalists do. But the good has to be by choice. Not by legislative power.

I like Eliza Mozal videos. She said she isnt watching a videos or tv about negativity and gossiping, because it goes into your system through eyes, ears, it contamines you... She said some people are able to watch it without judgment but often its hard to watch it without being contamined and affected by it and it distracts you from your purpose. These things of duality separates as from each other so we live in separation instead in loving community. So if you want to be spiritual, and do things with purpose and flow, you shoulkd watch content with good ideas.

I think Huberman knows that if he were to speak on the subject and lie about it by saying things like it didn't happen, the journalist is "sour", or the women are lying, he'd be opening himself up for defamation lawsuits that would get all the evidence shown in court and likely cost him--like what happened with Trump's E Jean Carroll lawsuit. Since his pathological cheating and manipulative behavior towards those women is mostly unrelated to his work, it's far more advantageous for Huberman to just never speak on the subject and let stans like you pretend that it didn't happen. Of course, it does make him look like quite the hypocrite whenever he veers into the realm of relationship advice.

He did not, which IMO is a mistake. I don't know what it's like to be him, but feel that had I been a public figure against whom such accusations were levied, I would 100% address them. Even though his podacsts aren't stritcly about relationships, I think it's harder to hear life advice from someone whose personal integrity had been (very possibly wrongly) been called into question. That said, I'm still a fan of the podcast and ever greatful for the protocols, many of which I have integrated into my life.

It's just circadian rhythm on a 12h clock - most people get mid afternoon dip similar to before bed, could also be lack of sleep, having a big meal before so blood glucose dip, stress, dehydration, caffeine crash, and other similar reasons. Every person is different so you'd have to read some studies on it from researchers who study this. I doubt Huberman is an expert in this.
