I love his voice holy crap. I love the way it's almost, cracked? If that makes sense? With a lit of voices it doesn't work but with his it's just pure beauty!
@@disasterracheal yeah darling I love has "I like throwing rocks at dogs" and "or a lesbian with a loading gun" and don't forget "but she's a stupid cunt" god darling I love you is such a fucking mood
Funny story I was in the car with my family and I had my phone connected to the Bluetooth in the car and I was playing my 'Faves' playlist and this started playing and I've never seen my dad looked so concerned
Lol I don’t really like showing my fave songs to my parents because they don’t understand what I like about it and it’s not even like they can speak English but they can understand it really well.
i mean this as a compliment: i feel like songs like this are what would happen if that clip from brooklyn 99 with the dude playing acoustic guitar and screaming was an actual music genre
They're closely related, and I see it as a difference in intensity, so I'd say that the Brooklyn 99 example is more akin to Folk Punk than this song is. But y''know, genres are kinda open to interpretation like that.
"it's sad to know there's no honest way out" Considering this song is seemingly about depression... I think the not so honest way out is suicide. Well, that hits close to home.
Yeah Sean, the lyricist and main vocalist of the band worked at a suicide hotline place for teens (idk they're called) for 8 years and experienced the sorrows and beauty of life
@@Gafferd8186 the last part made me feel better about me not leaving the bed today. This is a genuine thank you. -A depressed lazy idiot who wouldn't get out of bed to save their life because their life means nothing to them
dude i remember the first time ever i listened to this song around...august 2020 maybe?? i didnt know ajj all that well i just really liked the song, like a lot. im so glad i found ajj theyve honestly helped me with so much over the years. its honestly not much of a suprise i was in their top 0.01% on spotify ☠
Was driving all of my friends around town, and my best friend sitting next to me and I both started singing this song at full volume when it came on- and my two friends sitting in the back looked so concerned at the “kill all my best friends” lyric I should not be tasked with driving anymore
My take is that the title refers to using brave in the role of a noun rather than making a comparison between them. “Brave” is used in the role of a name, meaning that something such as the singer is supposed to be a personification of bravery. I think it’s supposed to be sarcastic since the song is about not having bravery.
