And the fact that your passing that knowledge on to the next generation man that makes me happy and proud to be in this amazing rc community. I am a father also and my 2 boys love rc but they've never had a true wrench it and upgrade it like an arrma or traxxas. Theyve always had store bought like walmart so i think this summer when i go back to Nebraska to see them im gonna take them to get a real rc. Also my 16 yr old daughter has driven my x-maxx and k6 and she loved it so i might see if she takes any more interest in the xrt i got for christmas and if so might get her her own as well. But I'm thinking about getting the m2c chassis brace for my outcast v2 4s and I just wanted to know if u had to make new holes in the bottom of ur chassis or does it lineup with the existing holes?? @@lukerecore the M2C Outcast V2 chassis brace is a direct fit. No drilling holes. Comes with the longer hardware and bolts straight up. Great strength upgrade to protect the chassis. 🍻

Thanks so very much Nick 😜. Yes, we decided to try 1mil center and so far Andrew is digging it. Moved his Lipo tray rearwards, 16T pinion, and punch 9. He had to dial down his steering rate, but got the hang of it pretty quick 😍. The FT doesn't trap much debris because the rear is flat and open. Snow is another thing though 😂. It tends to pack all over. Absolutely LOVE this platform Brother!!! The FT is so versatile and the cage puts her back on her wheels most wrecks and rolls. 🍻😎💪👊👊

Congrats on scoring your Fireteam on sale Patrick 😱. Such a Killer deal for an awesome 6s!!! I can't recommend running a 20T with the stock 2050kv motor. It's gonna overheat 👀. The truck is plenty fast with a 16T pinion. You might be ok with a 17T, but I'd check your temps. Above 160F is too hot. 🍻

Hard packs are generally safer. It's what I use 80-90% of the time. That said, soft packs can work just fine. The key is making sure they're strapped in properly with all cables taped or secured away from gears, outdrives, etc. A Gorilla taped soft pack is as safe as a hardpack. 🤗

16T is about as high as I'd recommend with stock electronics. The 1650 is a monster in this platform 😱. Especially with around 20-22T. 🚀🚀

I'd think so as long as it's on 6s. 160A for max output though.

Hey Troy 🤗. I haven't tried the g2 to really say. Most 150A ESC's can handle a 4092. The Max6 1650 combo is wicked on 6s. I'd think the 1050kv would need very tall gearing to make any speed on 6s. 🍻
