He should have stayed in the US. The issue with living in a third world country like Romania is that while you relatively enjoy some level of freedom if you're rich compared to living in a developed country where being low key is advised, it's easier to take you and everything you down with or without the rule of law in a developing country like Romania. If this was in the US or UK, they will need to find him guilty before they will touch his properties. Infact, in most cases, they will leave his properties alone because they will have to prove that he bought those properties from the money he made from whatever crime he is found guilty of. Corruption is a cancer and it's unfortunate that a tiny country developing country like Romania is this corrupt.
