Fully agree with your final words, a year ago I was at a terrible state, depressed and wasn't able to achieve what i wanted. Now a year later it's night and day, I'm happy and in a good state, have a girlfriend study and have work that I'm happy with. I did not use any sort of tate like cult to sway me into wasting my money on terrible info. There's a lot of other things that DO help however and have helped me personally, like getting therapy, starting to work again, working out and socialising.
