12:07 That Andro skin is from the 5th Anniversary event from last year (from its "full" 1.0 release in 2018). So, it is relatively new. It was one of the skins from a special chest. Maeve, Seris, Viktor and Ying were also in that chest, offering similar themed skins.
The new item additions killed the flank class, along with the buffs to the healers. Furia can heal herself with her beam. Seris can heal while in shadow travel. Ying heals for more now. IO has double heal now. It all killed the class. You're better off picking Imani or Octavia, and just using your movement ability to flank over actually picking a flank.
