I have never been able to connect my Samsung s10 to my 2016 Corsa, however my son's iPhone connects with no issues at all. Not very ideal when I am the driver and need to connect my phone. I have been on various forums and tried every solution with no luck.

I just got a vauxhall Corsa 19 plate and it didn't work with any charging wires I've bought however does work with the original charger my phone came with. If that helps anyone.

Yeah the video does say to use the cable that came with your device, but most people don't listen to manufacturer guidance, lol.

Android auto does work if you have dual apps or have cloned an app. You will have to delete all cloned / dual apps from the setting in your phone.

I have a 16 plate corsa and phone projection from my samsung s10 never works. Tried my Dad's IPhone and it connected straightaway. My boyfriends Samsung s8 SOMETIMES automatically changes from Bluetooth to screen projection but not sure on what we need to do to get it to do so, and my s10 will never connect, since I'm the driver I really need my phone to connect. Really annoys me tbh, I bought the car for the infotainment system so I wouldn't have to use my phone screen as a satnav anymore, and i still have to!!

Yeah... About that: corsa's have known issues with android auto. They can be fixed by updating the car device. I asked my vauxhall garage to do it. They charged me for resetting the device but never updated it. Now they're asking me around 100€ more to make that update... Sounds like a scam to me.

I follow all the correct steps and my car doesn't display android auto. The projection icon doesn't change, and if I click it, it constantly says to switch to android auto and I click switch and nothing happens. Please help!!

A month ago mine just stopped working.when I took ,y car in for a service I was told it would need a software update that would cost £125. Surely Vauxhall need to look at this. I have now learnt the dealership where I brought and serviced my car is closing down next week.

Looks easy, My wifes 2016 Corsa will never connect, Samsung Galaxy S20, original cable, latest updates, screen recognises phone but will not show Android Auto, we had it working once by launching a twitter video full screen and exiting, this was suggested in a forum, now this workaround doesn't work either?

I have a Vauxhall Astra K ULTIMATE 1.6T 200ps 19 plate, Google Maps and Apple Maps are not on my Intellilink at all? Also not possible to mirror the screen, see photo's or watch videos using an iPhone (8) ?!

I just bought a 2016 Astra SRI. It only has apple car play, does anyone know can you get an update from a dealer to allow android auto? Very annoying when 70% of mobile phone users are using an Android operating system.

@@rookies712 Our '16 astra works with it (and its the base model). It didn't do it instantly you had to keep unplugging and plugging in to the USB

you need to install android auto app . make sure andoid auto is enabled in the settings of the radio en connect your phone with usb cable .

@vauxhall Is there a way of connecting wirelessly? it can connect via bluetooth but the dashbaord intelilink system asks for a plug in. My car is the newer software I think late 2018.

My 15 plate insignia doesn't have an option for AA it only gives me the option to pair using apple play. Is there any way I can change this?
