Both file names have to be home_opel_red in a png format

hi...can you copy the standard pic first to put back to normal when selling the car ..?

Just curious.. would it not be a whole lot easier to enter the intellilink / window folders and just copy the entire folder structure over to the flash drive.. then edit a (saved copy) I stress SAVED COPY.. do the editing on the copy and then transfer the updated copy back to the intellilink...... if anything fails you then still have the unedited file structure on your flash drive to effectg a repair...?

My apps I assume is out of date on my corsa 2015. Is there a way to update it because dealership upon service was useless. Still has the old tunein logo on there and does not want to open or connect to phone

When I try and overwrite it, it doesn't load or anything it just does it straight away and therefore doesn't work but I can see the file! Any ideas?

mine is just for one folder. not day and night as it did not work. but seems to be size of file makes a difference too

Great tutorial, thanks and worked first time on my 2015 Corsa E. Apart from changing the white daytime background to black when in off mode (which no one is willing to attempt due to a high risk of 'bricking'), is it possible to run permanently in night mode without the daytime home menu mask? I have tried deleting the mask and also copying the entire contents of the night folder into the day folder with limited success as when the menu icons such as Phone or Gallery are pressed, the red background behind the icon remains on until the ignition is switched off/on. Also the phone menu lists appear empty due to the same colour text as the background. I should add that after copying the original files back again but still keeping the new background photo, it works fine. Any help appreciated.

Hey Christopher, I recently tried changing the background image on my Intellink on my 2015 Vauxhall Corsa, everything was going to plan, I had the 800x400 images in FAT32 USB, went into developer mode, done everything as shown, had Opel_Home_Red.png and Grey for Day. Everything was perfect, I turned off my car, waited and when it came back on, the background didnt pick up my image and instead is just a black image for night, and bright white image for day as well as screwing up the time, by fuzzing out when it changes minutes. Any idea on how to get it back to normal with the little red background (maybe a reset or somthing) or how to get my images to work? Thanks
