Hola! El vídeo súper útil, he instalado yo sola la pantalla y me funciona súper bien. Lo que no he logrado entender es como conectar la cámara trasera. He quitado el óptico trasero por no llega entender en qué cables tengo que conectarlo y como hacerlo. Gracias Edito: Al final he podido conectar la cámara trasera. Hay que hacerlo en el foco trasero, pero en la luz de marcha atrás, y unir dos cables para que le dé la señal al otro. Diría que ha sido lo más complicado, pero con paciencia se hace.
Love how you can always make the interior look better, defo doing this to mine. But I'm still looking around to see if you can add the FR facelift front bumper to the standard Ibiza. Also does this Infotainment system have to be for a specific model variant and year?
I have Ibiza 1.6 2016 my screen is not working anymore, planing to change it, is this model suitable? My screen is little big and I also have rear camera, will Car system be connected to the tablet like showing car information and stat ?!
Hola,, duda, que hago si con el estereo original si se escucha,pero al conectarle este nonse escucha nada, lo conecte con el arnes como sale en el video,,, en el estero original tengo conectado 3 bocinas por cada lado a la salida delantera,, tndra algo q ver q tenga menos potencia de salida y por eso no se escucha el audio con este estereo??
Thanks, it helped so much. I still have issues with steering wheel buttons. I saw the can bus has to be configured in Factory settings, but I have not found seat inside. So I still have to investigate about how to solve this.
@@denisegommlich1344 hiwold was the same for me.. but can you use or configure all steering wheel buttons? Unfortunatel i cannot because it says setup failed. Only volume and hand roler.
Great video! I will check this out when I install camera. I wish I found this sooner because I already have installed mine a few days ago. I haven't disconnected the orange/red cable from 9:54 . Do you know how to remove the radio now so I can disconnect cable? Because I also put the black caps on top of the screws so I cannot unscrew the screen now...

I just did this install on my 2013 Ibiza FR last week, same unit. Unfortunately the steering wheel buttons don't work anymore and with the rear camera, it only works with the engine not running, because as soon as the engine runs, the video signal is lost. I'm in contact with the vendor in China but not getting much help due to his broken English probably translated with Deepl. Also this radio is very slow until on line after starting the car. Will probably return it.

One question, when you turn on the car lights, do the side buttons light up? Because I have the same model as yours and they don't light up when I turn on the car lights.
how are the steering wheel keys connected in this car to the left of the steering wheel? .. is it connected automatically? or do we have to make another connection in addition?
After installing the head unit the MIL light (check engine) is continuously on. When I try to read the codes with VCDS I don‘t have any failure codes that should result in a MIL lamp. CAN box is conntected (also the yellow-brown little connector between CAN box and Radio), plus the red-orange cable is disconnected like you showed at 09:54. Did you have any similar problems? 🤷 I like your video, thanks for the tutorial! 👍
It worked! It took a while to eradicate the failure code from the car, then I simply disconnected the battery and tried to conncect the head unit again. Now, after plenty of ignition cycles and a couple of test-km I don’t have any “engine errors” on the dashboard. Let’s pray it stays this way… 🙏🏻😁

Find positive wire from reverse lights, this puls goes to the multimedia or camera, some multimedia doesnt need this trigger wire. Connect as i did in the video and it will work
Hello, I have the same radio as you, but a more complete model, with more functions, such as 360° cameras. The problem I have is that the steering wheel control doesn't work for me, do you? The touch buttons on the screen frame do not work for me either and it never turns off either, I have to disconnect the fuse that powers the radio. you can help? Thanks a lot.

Hi I follow the video to Connect the cartablet and is all ok. I have a problem to install a retro camera. I see light of camera when i do reverse but i can't see the image. I dont know how to connet the Red cable in the back of tablet
For picture you need video cable.. and red wire for sign, but only if your car doesn't have CANBus! If you have it, multimedia will be switching to the camera automaticly by changing in to reverse gear.
@@butrintgashi5350 hm, go to the settings, and scroll down, you should find SWC settings and there you need to select the button and press it on steering wheel.. you have boot settings, password is 5678, look almost at the end of my video, you can find boot mode..
hi. On the camera wires I connected the red one to the reverse gear wire and the black one to the minimum ground wire and on the radio I only connected the yellow connector. It doesn't work, the image appears with interference and nothing is seen. Any tips?. And great video
For some models you should connect on multimedia extra red wire, for this model, you should connect only 12V from Reverse light, the camera starts working and send the singal to the miltimedia, if it doesnt work, try to connect the camera with 12v battery

do i have to install the rear camera looks complicated actually its just the wires that confuses me with the back camera the bit with the headlight and how you run the cables to the front or if there is already cables there you can use
For camera you should install the camera cable from multimedia up to the camera. This is most complicated part. From the headlights you should find + terminal from reverse. That’s it.

You should turn in reverse and measure with voltmeter.. second option is, you can remove the tail light, and check the conncetion from bulb to the connector

Hi, fitted today and have a few questions if you could answer please: 1. My car is a seat and the can unit identify it as a VW, steering wheel controls do not work. Is there a connection for these? 2. Rear Camera distance lines are not shown, looked through all the settings which seem correct, can you advise? 3. I was looking to go into developer mode but it needs a password tried the one on the video and a few generic ones which are wrong, can you advise? 4. When I click on ‘video’ it plays sound with warning on the display saying ‘do not watch video while driving, I’m stationery and it will not show the video? Wow, I have the same model but when I sit back in my chair the screen is absolute garbage, its black and I can only see the backlight unless I sit up straight and directly in front of the radio.. :(
u need to find the switch of an older model where the hazard light assembly is near the gear stick and then get a relocation harness to set the wires up.
