I relocated the original data display to the center console, though mounting it in the glove compartment was an option as well.
There was interest in the tablet i used in the install, and how I installed it so below are the instructions. Hope these works for those of you who wish to try this mod. its actually not hard at all maybe about 3 hrs total install time.

Directions: I removed the existing 5" screen (as its still needed) and, relocated it to the center console. I extended the wire harness under the carpet to the rear of the center console and ran the wires under the console and through the back of the drawer (note back of console comes off). I then mounted the Android tablet using the existing mounting holes and some muffler strapping (you can use anything that will hold it securely in place though I don't suggest gluing it as you may want to remove it later to add music to the SD card lol) I installed the inline Aux adapter in the glove compartment and connected it to the existing CD harness. I then ran a 3.5 mm male to male plug from the Aux adapter to the tablet. set tablet to max and, I control sound from the OEM radio knob.To supply constant power I used a 12v aux Cig Lighter, and an old phone plug with the appropriate end. I spliced the 12v CL into a "constant on", in the wire harness and plugged the phone adapter into the CL, I then taped that whole thing up with electrical tape so it would slip out due to vibration . using the Tasker app I set it up to come on when it see's power the added a toggle switch to activate it.
Thanks it
