Andy, which bit are you using in you MFK to trim the edge banding in the vertical position? My only experience is with the standard cutter in the horizontal position. Great video and fantastic work! Thanks.
I edgeband about 600 4x10' sheets every year. I have a lot of festool, so I decided to buy the coturo. Very bad mistake! I called festool usa and they told me the tool was more for 2 and 3 mil edgebanding and that it's more prevalent in Europe. I think the glue pucks are a horrible idea. Looks like they took the glue from a holzer edgebander and cut it up. The machine max speed is 4mpm. (slow) So I returned it and I was able to buy two virutex peb-250 edgebanders. My shop now has 3 X the speed then the festool and it does 0.40mil edgebanding.
Hitachi take note. Here’s a guy that can buy whatever tool he wants and he chooses the old Japanese hitachi c10fsh. Y’all seriously need to bring back that saw

I tried it with 0.5 pvc , result was horrible , buckling and edge like a moon surface . I need it for 05 mm 99 % and 1% for 3 mm . Dude , show how you gluing 0.5 pvc and close picture of edge after gluing . 4k toy for u shape shelves ! What a joke .
+Tony Kane I did that already , tried different types of tapes, temperature, speeds . Doesn't work . Problem is glue is applying on tape and soften it , making surfase univen with thicker tape we don't have this problem. Looks like you have nothing to advise too.

u rly think festoll will release a 4k tool which is crap ? cmon make sense plz there are not much good brands around and festool is a good one , do not buy "festroll" which looks similar in the name but is fake.
+Your mom I bought my from KMS tools official representative Festool in Canada , so yes, it is genuine and yes , it is piece of shit concerning gluing 0.5 pvc and guess what , I met another guy and he has the same problem with this machine.
