The femoral exists in both legs. But your point is legit. Andy did point out that there was a femoral fracture, although no bone seemed to be exposed. So, you have an open fracture site which would be expected in a crash like that. According to the training Ive received over the years, Andy made the correct choice. Life over limb. Sadly, the patient died either en route to trauma cener, or during surgery, so please dont bash the medics.

Even here the commentators are trying to push the "cops are bad " narrative with their posts. Manipulation in all directions. You weren't thinking about the smoke inhalation into our lungs you weren't thinking about the bleeding when you should have been a lot of stuff you weren't thinking about like putting out the fire stopping the smoke from getting into your lungs stopping the bleeding getting Cutters to cut up cut off the steering wheel
They should have put a smoke mask on her to get rid of a smoke inhalation and get the smoke out of your lungs they should have gotten their fast and not taking their sweet ass time
