Written by Metallica's former bassist Cliff Burton before joining the band, Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth) was included on Metallica's debut album Kill Em All. The piece was originally an electric bass solo with some drums added in the final section. I decided to write an arrangement of my own for solo marimba.

Sometimes I forget what a huge loss the world suffered when Cliff died. This arrangement was a perfect way to pay homage to his brilliant mind. Very well done 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Thanks dude!! Yea, he left a huge mark on the metal and rock world. Quite rare for a bassist to have that type of influence on so many. He definitely influenced me. I'm glad to finally get this one out. Sort of a blend of both of my musical worlds.

Love this! I remember the day I found out he had been killed in the bus accident. My whole group of metalhead friends were all busted up about it. I would like to request you do Orion at some point! Keep em coming man!
