I find the growls very suitable for the first 2 lines, where I'm referenced as The Tempter and where they made a direct reference to the new system (the new age) while referring to most humans as 'the mindless and the numb' which perfectly describes most of the world. When Anette sings 'twist the mind of them all' it's a subtle reference to ClA mind control via real hypnosis (some of their agents are trained in real hypnosis) and via influencers/the media, by the agency that holds the world power. Nowadays everyone is mind-controlled/controlled in one way or another, and there is no free will.
Yes Anette is really blossoming as an artist since the Dark element project who I've heard rumours Jani is working on a third album. The stand out for me on this is the drumming exceptional. Anette is a superb recording artist anyway so her vocals are always going to be top notch. Heard one of her interviews when she was promoting the 2nd DE album and she mentioned she said to Jani she thought they could go heavier with that album so I wasn't surprised that this is really heavy, I suspected that was the direction she wanted to take it. I love it she's really proving a point nowadays and she only does her music on the weekends Anette is still a full time nurse as far as I know. All power to that lady.

I am a huge fan of Annete Olzon,i loved her in NW,i like her with Dark element, also like Allen/Olzon Worlds apart with Magnus Karlsson and latest i love her role to Magnus Karlsson metal opera Heart healer. I listen her first solo album recedly Shine and i like it also. Annette has a great voice, very colourful and bright, she can sing different styles of music and she always be great and magnificent. This new album Strong she corporate with Magnus Karlsson again in the songs and Magnus Karlsson play Guitar in the album so I am ready for Guitar solos She said that the bands who inspired her in the album is Dimmu Borgir and In flames so i believe that will be a very personal album and will be very powerful and interesting. The title said as many things. In the song now,i like it from the first hearing, it's powerful,has speed, beautiful chorus and great lyrics. Annette shine and the video has very important meanings. I think Anette and Magnus Karlsson wrote all the songs together for her solo album. Very interesting! Magnus has been very prolific lately. About the song, to me it has a lot of elements that I like, and I like the heaviness, but the song is structured in a way that to me is a bit chaotic. Maybe it's the speed that doesn't end even for half a second.

Hello!! It's weird🤔.. I think I've never listen ANY solosong of Anette😲.. I have only poor reasons for that and I honestly don't even know why it is that way because like you know Anette is one of my favourite singers and those two Nightwish albums with her are very high on my favourites-list and I absolutely adore her in The Dark Element😅 and I loved that Allen/Olzon album couple years ago too🤘, so it is complete mystery for me why her solo album has left completely unfamiliar to me even I've known she has done one🤷... But I think it's time to fix that as soon as possible and perhaps tomorrow's workmusic has now confirmed😂👌... Although☝️, about this song I have to say that when I did listen it, on the day it was released while I was driving, I was pretty confused actually🤔.. The whole struggture of the song is a bit complicated for me and I could say "little messy" and I really need some more time with this! Like you know by now, I'm not SO much into "not so catchy powermetal songs" and this definetily was a bit off of my pleasant zone overall😬... And now☝️, I don't say it is a bad song in anyway but just a bit difficult for me personally😅.. It was great surprice to start the song with harsh vocals🤘, I definetily didn't see that coming😂, and overall this style was a bit different what I expected her solostuff to be🤔.. not sure what I did expect but perhaps something calmer, more artistic or even some BLUES elements🤷😂, don't know why😅.. But this style definetily suits her and the chorus actually isn't that bad after couple of listen👌... Like said, needs a bit more time for me to get into😅...
