I salute to owners of ancestral houses like this who generously share the beauty of their property to viewers like me. I am an avid fan of old properties esp in PI. Nowhere in the world Ive seen places better than my own country! Kaya vlog mo lang Fern ang hindi ko pinalalampas. Ang ganda ganda ng mga featured videos mo! Salamat ulit!

This type of house fall under the category of late antillian style the last style within this type of architecture was the 1880's style note some of the modification of the antillian style within this period roof tiled teracoota was replaced by galvanize iron sheet imported from Belgium colored in green influence by Art Nouveou a trend that was base on flowing lines base on plant form The capiz sliding window was replaced by wooden pane glass or etched glass and later in colored glass ventanillas was replaced by wrought iron or cast iron imported in Belgium the facade were decorated with flowerrettes the interior were done with a gazebo type enclosure a trend popular in the 1880's the spanish gas lamp was replaced by a Danish type bell glass gas lamp Casa Manila have the best recreation of this style in this house green was the predominat colors influence of Art Nouveou Notice the Flowerette decoration in the ceiling and wall influence of Art Nouveou a prevailinng trend in Europe snd America brought by the Filipino Illustrados who studied in European school of Architecture

@@kaRU-vidro I love Architecture first choice ko na course in FEU natakot kasi ako sa dean namin matapang nag intetior design ako then nag shift sa Advertising pero my subject kami na Art Appreciation bahagi ito ng Humanities so it 's all about art and architecture some data I learned from collecting coffee table book I love collecting expensive books written by foreign and Filipino writer like Fernando Zobel de Ayala and the coffe table book published by Central Bank of the Philippines ang gusto ko sa mga libro na ito yung little imformation na hindi binibig yan ng halaga sa mga text books doon mo lang mababasa sa mga coofee table books rare photographs at mga rare anectdotes pero mararunong ako magplano ng bahay and I plan my first house at interior decoration presently nag paparenovate ako ng bahay ko ngayon mahirap mag plano pero nakakalibang I have to search from internet all that needed I love vintage object and looks so papano gagaing luma ang bago some vintage are not servicable any more so look for something new but old looking very expensive now a days after the pandemic to renovate the house pero wirth the expense naman

Another beautiful home Tito Fern. I love the ceiling decorations tile paintings the grand staircase. Outhouse is where the bathroom is , half a mile away from the house (exaggerated). This house is precious. Good that it will be used to show people how gracious this house is.
