I spoiled myself making this video of cordy and angel, i only recently started watching buffy and angel, i recommend it if you haven’t seen it!

you made me so emotional and made me remember just how much i loved them (and hated the writers lol), this song is so perfect for them and you just showed all those sweet tender moments between them so well (i love his smile at 1:15 its just ... so pure). Thank you.

I knoow, i will never recover from season 4 #justiceforcordelia !!! Cordelia really brought out angel’s playfulness and she made it easy for him to be himself :( i loved them so so much!!

Though not a huge Angel fan, Cordelia was always very funny and I missed her in Buffy. I think they make a cute couple!! Great video!!!

When Angel was with Cordelia he was free and happy but with buffy he hardly smiled. They are my OTP

precisely!!!! he had no room to grow with buffy. it'd always come down to vampire and slayer. cordy made him feel human and loved more than buffy did. she saw his fears and connected with him on a deep level. she encouraged him to grow and get past his past actions, rather angelus's actions. with buffy it felt like a "I love you the way you are, stay alive". she never actively tried to help him change. cordelia makes him better. she challenges him to be. edit: and now that i think about it buffy never even encouraged him to have a little happiness. cordelia wanted him to smile and find peace. night and day.

@@elisabethhutchinson2987 agreeee... with buffy it was all mixed up with angst and destiny, not to mention buffy being caught up in the council's extreme negative view of vampires. they really never got to know each other as friends. though i would say that knowing buffy did inspire both angel and cordelia to keep fighting the good fight, which makes this song so fitting... past experiences drawing them together to get to a place where they help/believe in/love each other.
