Saw the term "mebounds" today. Like it. Getting some of your own rebounds is fine, but getting 2, 3, 4 in a row is not a great look. And Clark gets 10+ rebound games as a point guard. That comes from court awareness and reading the balls trajectory, not sitting under the basket. Now tied for third on the triple double list. Only rookie to get any. Two in 34 games as a pro. Everyone else with two (lookin at you Swoopes) has hundreds of games.

True, and she looks horrifically awkward with her motor skills when she's trying to jump or make athletic moves in the paint. Being that bad with motor skills tells me that to make it on the basic level in the WNBA you basically just need to be tall, be able to get out of bed, tie your shoes, and accidentally knock your coffee pot off of the counter.

She doesn't make her look like that, she IS sloppy and uncoordinated. Her motor skills were never corrected when little in PE. No one thought her correct body movement while learning basketball. Hance, why she looks like her limbs are in disagreement with each other. Imagine an atleate in 100m sprint. If they don't have correct technique they would loose speed. Every limb and every movement have to work in harmony with each other for them to excel. Angel looks ugly because no one corrected her flows and bad habbits. On the other hand Catlin understand her body and her motor skills were well developed. Probably when she was young and learning soccer. Her foot work is fast, she changes direction with ease, her body is in tune like it should be. She was thought well. And most important, that girl spent many, many hours fine tunning her skills.

Caitlin plays like a guy. Judging from what CC has done to this league, can you imagine what a whole team of guys would do to these "stars" of the WNBA? 15 -16 year-old GUYS were used to train the women's national team. That's a huge difference.
If you look at Clark as some weird "Female Steph Curry" player comp. Then it will likely take some time before she becomes dominant in the WNBA. Could be 1-2yrs or more. Or she could never become a star at this level and she will be closer to Jimmer Fredette (spelling 😅). But I'd bet Clark is special. Angels game translates well from what I see.
