Ingredients:
*9x13 Baking Dish
*Butter (Salted)-2 Sticks {Mix with your Macaroni Noodles while they're hot after you've drained them}
*Elbow Macaroni- 2(16lb box's)
*Ground Black Pepper- (Season Macaroni Noodles while their hot after you've drained them & have put them into your mixing dish)!
*Evaporated Milk- (12 fl. oz can)
*Whole Milk- (1 full cup)
*Half & Half-(1/2 cup)
*Eggs-(3 Lg., eggs)
*Sour Cream -(16 oz)
*Whisk
*Cookie Sheet (We're adding our baking dish on top while baking Mac &Cheese just in case we have any spill over)!
*Baker's Joy Non-Stick Spray
*Reynold's Wrap Non-Stick Foil
*Yellow Mustard-(2 Tablespoon full please be sure to mix w/ your butter & black pepper while your macaroni noodles are hot after you've drained them. This enhances the flavor of the cheese)!
*Cheeses: (Velveeta Cheese cut into i/2 size cubes, Sharp Cheese/ Colby Jack/ Mexican Blend/Mild Cheddar)
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
*Boil water & be sure to salt your water so that your Macaroni Noodles will have flavor to them.
*Add Macaroni Noodles to boiling water & only boil for 6 mins and drain & add noodles to your Mixing Dish.
*Next, add your 2 sticks of Salted Butter, Ground Black Pepper & 2 tablespoons of Yellow Mustard and mix very well!
*Next, let's add our Velveeta Cheese to our mix and stir to mix well.
*Ok, now let's spray our Baking Dish along the sides & in the middle to prevent our dish from sticking while baking.
*Alright now lets add a layer of the mixture to our baking dish and add some cheeses on top& we're going to repeat the layers just as you've seen me do in my video!
*Lastly, lets mix together our Cream Cheese, 3 large eggs, 1 cup of whole milk & 1/2 cup of half & half & whisk together extremely well please!
Now lets pour this down the center of our Macaroni & Cheese by making a small indent in the center of our Mac & Cheese and watch for the mixture not to over spill for around all sides!
*Now let's set our baking dish on top of our cookie sheet just in case any pill over while baking,
*Put our Reynold's Wrap Non-Stick Foil on top lightly seal all around for only 15-Mins, just so our cheese can begin to melt!
*REMOVE foil after 15 mins and replace Mac & Cheese back into our oven to finish baking for about 35-40 mins or until it's done when it's golden brown around the sides. You'll know when it's done when your toothpick, steak knife comes out clean w/o any milk residue!
After our Homemade Mac & Cheese from scratch is done, remove from our oven, and set aside to cool down for about 15- mins before serving.
