Items & Ingredients Needed:
9x13 Baking Dish
Cake Spatula
Pastry Brush
Sauce Pan
Bench Scraper
Baker's Joy Non-Stick Baking Spray
2 & 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Bleach Flour
1- Stick of Salted Butter (Melt Butter once Yeast Rolls are done)!
1/2 Cup of Warm Water
1/2 Cup pf Sugar (White Granulated Sugar)
1- Package of Rapid Rise Instant Yeast
1/2 Cup of Room temperature Milk
1 tsp., of Salt
1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil
2 Clean Bowls (1 Bowl for Mixing our Ingredients, & the next bowl for our Yeast Roll Dough to Rise)!!
Directions:
*Pre-heat our Oven on 370 Degree's.
Bowl #1 (In a clean bowl let's add our 1/2 Cup of Warm Water, 1/2 Cup of Sugar & 1 Pckg., of Raid Rise Yeast). Stir well & let stand for 7-mins, until our Yeast has formed thick! After our yeast has formed, next we need to add our 1/2 Cup of room temperature Milk, 1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil & 1 tspn., of Salt and our 2 & 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Bleached Flour. Now remember to stir well using our Cake Spatula!
Now once we've thoroughly mixed all our ingredients extremely well, let's now transfer our mixture into a freshly clean bowl, Before adding to our freshly clean bowl add 1-2 Tablespoons of Veg., Oil & use a paper-towel to wipe along the inside of the bowl all around and make sure to grease or oil the entire bowl on the inside including the bottom! Now, we can add our Homemade Yeast Roll Mixture, cover tightly & place inside our oven w/ our oven light on for 1 hour for our 1st Dough Rise.
After 1 hour & our 1st Dough Rise, punch down our dough again, & remember to cover tightly just as you've seen me do in my Video Demonstration here. Place back in our oven for another 30- mins. Once our 30 mins., is up now use our Baker's Joy Non-Stick Spray along both sides & bottom of our Baking Pan. Or you can use Parchment Paper instead which is an easier way of Baking!
Let's form our Yeast Rolls by folding them under just as I've demonstrated to you in my video, Now let's place our Yeast Rolls in our oven on 370 Degrees to Bake for 15 mins.,
Once they're done baking let's add our melted Salted Butter onto our Yeast Rolls using our Pastry Brush.

Aww cousin, @Delanie Owens you know what cuz’n both my grandma’s were & still are very special to me @ ♥️❗️ I truly miss them, I’ll always remember & I’ll continue to speak of their Southern down-home 🥘 cooking. Now my grandmother n-law always, always reminds me of my late grandmother & great auntie on my mother’s side of the family. I’ll never forget those special memories of them all. I am born raised GA woman but rolls were always a flop till now and omg no more running to restraunts for them I follow you an Thanksgiving was a hit thanks to you!These rolls made my day heck my week Than you the family loved them I only have one negative comment....Ima gain so much weight I can not get enough of them.Please. keep this channel going and if possible my mom passed away an always made divinity I still fail at it can you show me how 🤔 I have not had it since she passed years ago except walmarts factory made and it just is not the same cuz!Much love respect and THANKS TO YOU!!!
