Thank you for this critical information on the effects of ionising radiation after thirty years of living with Chernobyl and five years of living with Fukushima. It is extremely important that independent research is being done on this and that we do not rely only on the pronouncements of international radiation protection bodies. These institutions rely on scientists gleaned from national nuclear commissions who are often per se pro-nuclear. We need more critical science to question mainstream thinking in order to develop a better understanding of the effects of ionising radiation.
