He's very good. Also, with the number of her video's he's in, he's obviously in training to become invisible. Standing next to Angelina for long enough, you'll eventually become indistinguishable from the background. I feel bad, contributing to giving him attention, spoiling his plan for getting free tickets to movies and concerts...

Another fine reaction. You're quite right about her. She can do more with a single vowel than some singers can do with an entire song. Also right about the guitar player getting so into the song. He gets so entranced by what he's hearing that he misses his cue on the first bridge repeat, and Ivan rarely makes mistakes. That's the only time I've ever seen him miss a note. Please don't take any notice of the complainers. Your house, your rules. As you say, if they want to hear it uninterrupted it's only a click away. I've heard it dozens of times and I come here for the reaction, not to simply bliss out. It's not like your disrespecting her. Just the opposite, in fact. I hate frequent stops if they are for no good reason, or every 30 seconds for copyright reasons. Your stops are for a reason, to explain & demonstrate for us music dummies, what she is doing. @@DanAlexandrov I agree with Keith on this, California Dreamin' was one of my favorite songs back in the sixties. The first few times I listened to Angelina's version I wasn't sure if I liked it. She takes a very different approach to it than Mama Cass Elliot did, but it grew on me and kept growing, until now I like it even more than the original. Apparently the remaining members of the band agree - they re-posted it on their IG account with a big thumbs up. Now that's respect. I liked your reaction very much. I guess doing what you want is the most fruitfull way to go. I personally enjoy seeing all of the range of reactions. From folks with just tears in their eyes to people analysing (or discovering stuff that interests them and being expressive about it; that's what analysis is for me). All that stuff makes me happy :-) Since there are many reactors out there, I never feel dissapointed by one reaction (actually that would be quite stupid of me :-)). "If You Go Away" is her most emotional song, IMO. She is singing to her lover who is leaving her because she is pregnant with his child. It should be nominated for an Academy Award. She goes into 'her music world' where she becomes the woman, ripping your heart out, then she comes back to 'our world' where she drops you like a sack of potatoes by giggling & waving bye. I wish she wouldn't do that after such emotional songs. The volume is low, so turn it up, but it is amazing!

Nice reaction and you do get the nuances in her vocals. She is beyond exceptional! I would suggest reacting to her cover of John Legend's "Stay" and Lana Del Rey's "Born to Die". Each one is way better than the original and when you go back and listen to the originals, all of a sudden, they sound flat with no emotion. Just saying. She always had the"raspiness" from day 1. You can hear it in her very first audition for Norway's Got Talent. It's innate.
One of the judges on NGT said after her "Gloomy Sunday" audition that she sounds like she's been drinking whiskey since birth, or something like that, referring to her rasp.
