I have seen this clip about a hundred times. It never gets old. Angelina at her youngest and most adorable and the first time her raw and pure talent was seen by the world.

Her grandmother is an artist (painter) from Iran. She introduced Angelina to jazz from a very early age and gpes around with her to rehearals and recordings..

She IS music, born to sing, an old soul that has lived many lives, she is a star and just born with it... and she wants to be a superstar when she grows up. Thats about sums up what was said on that audition. And if we add that she herself sais that she started singing when she was 1,5 years and she began with jazz... she herself wanted to enter this competition because she loves to sing so much and her mother didn't acctually knew she could sing, or at least she didnt know that other people would like it until that moment. You know, you know a mothers heart is filled with love and pride so it is not always easy to know if acctually others like it as much as you do. But they did, and we do... She could have rocket skyhigh already with her great great super crazy good and unique singing. But her parents make sure that she still lives a normal childhood, wich is great. They hold her back with love. They could have made her into a superstar, making big money, as many parents do... sadly. I belive they are doing good. Keeping her love for music alive in a pure way allowing her to be a child but still grow as a singer everyday. So she can be this superstar when she grows up and is ready for the world. She is gonna be a legend, so many of us know this. I remeber I was at work that friday night when this aired, the tv was on and I briefly watchef when i went by and she started singing. I just had to sit down it just felt so magic...

Her passion is most prominent whenever she sings. More than simply a quality of voice. She becomes the song she sings, with passion and story, one can feel and live the song through her. Simply amazing.

I think everyone has noted and remember the innocence of Angelina's answe r: "A sad Sunday." Billie Holliday died at age 44, kidneys and lungs ravaged by alcohol and drugs ; Amy Winehouse died at age 27 from an overdose of alcohol, her lungs also ravaged by drugs. These are the two idols, the two models of Angelina. In the perspective of reincarnationist doctrines Angelina would not only be here to sing, but perhaps also to give a brighter conclusion to the lives of these two mythical and unfortunate singers. I am not a "believer", and I think that reincarnation (in the sense we usually give it) is a metaphor for the evolutionary dynamics of the human race. I can not see a personal process here. Anyway, this little girl, like many other wonderful children today, still embodies a great hope of renewal of the human race. And I'm sure she can turn this "sad sunday" into a day full of sunshine. ✨💖✨

Billie Holiday was a famous singer and she sung many wonderful songs and this little girl shock me to death when I heard her voice.

This song...I can't watch this video. I mean, visually. I need to close my eyes and just listen, otherwise the disparity between the gravity of the subject matter with the image of this cute little girl while she's singing it is simply overwhelming. It just doesn't match up. There is no way that this incredible voice is coming out of that tiny little body. It does not compute!!! There are no words good enough to say how remarkable this is.

Her Grandmother isn't a vocalist, she's an artist - she's made much of the artwork you can see in the background of Angelina's cover songs, but yes - she's of Iranian origin. You can see her at the end of video just as they exit the studio 12:30 in your reaction video

Fantastic news! Angelina has just been named a contestant on America's Got Talent the Champions taking place in January! This is her first major appearance in the United States since she was a child, but now an aspiring star. ... the moment you commented about her mother getting so emotional .. Being a father yourself, you know that ones own children are always the princes and princesses of the world, but somewhere in the back of your head you also know that this is so just because they are your children. I think this was the moment when Angelina's mother realized what an an amazing talent her daughter really is. Also about being quiet and concentrating on listening: usually in these TV shows, the producers encourage the audience to make a lot of noise and applauds when the participants hits a particular high note or performs something a bit above the normal, but I think in this case everyone was so captivated by her performance they totally forgot the surroundings. You can see in the beginning some studio assistant holding up a sign trying to get the crowd to cheer - and they do ... for a brief moment .. then they return in to the spellbound state. And of course the dramatic pause before the judges announces her as going through to the next round of the show is just that .. a show. We must keep in mind the the concept of this TV show is to be dramatic and sensational, even when they have less accomplished participants than what we just saw. In this case however I'm sure all comments from the judges were truly heart felt.
