Hi Tee! This performance was worth the price of admission alone. Some combination of a) her history with the song (blue couch only prior one) and Etta James (multiple covers); b) her ability to just SLAY a classic blues song; c) Jimmy Z, who just crushes it here! AND he likely performed this with Etta James herself many times. d) a bow to the new Queen of the Blues and Sassy Swaggering Soul. O.M.G. I was sitting right next to James and Jimmy Z was just feet away from us during the peak of that epic solo. I will never forget it. The openers were Mae Mae Gad, Toby's 15yo daughter who sang a nice acoustic song she wrote; and 2 originals sung by Scott Hoying.

Hey Tee! I thought his name was Jimmy Zavala! I'm confused! LOL I love watching this performance. It gives me chills every time I listen to it. She had Toby's daughter Mae Mae open with a song as well as Scott Hoying who did 2 songs. James and Chris are working with much better videos from this concert but definitely the audio needs work for each video they are working on. It will definitely be worth the wait as they both work their magic on these songs. Now my wish is for them is to do the song At Last! I'll be over the moon! I never see him at her concert's or ever standing beside her ? I always see gramdma, her mother, sara her sister juliet,her uncle mike, But not daddy support ? The only time I ever seen him was from her I put a spell on you video when she was 9 Y.O. ? He rented a studio and a band for her 9th birthday. After that he must have not approved of her career ?
