I just chuckle anymore with this girl. 12 years old here. Turns in a belting jazz virtuoso performance only a handful of all time greats could ever have approached. Then goes home and probably giggles through Frozen 2.

Every time I listen to her sing these covers my jaw bounces off the table...she is tapped into another level of artistry. Fully in control of her instrument...her vocal mastery has turned me into an Angelina Jordan addict. I watch performance after performance, and they all blow me away. I respect her parents for wanting to keep her focused on her education, as she is still very young, but really looking forward to anything she releases in the ensuing months & years ahead.

She is a world class act, and she does it so elegantly, and easily. To her it is a walk in the park. She was born with super intelligence.

This whole band is fantastic. Angelina also did a set of Christmas concerts with them in December 2018. I know there are recordings from those event, so hopefully one day we get to see them on RU-vid.

Yes,and Stefan Olsson a Sweede,is an autodidakt on guitar,he is classical trained at the piano,I think he studied music in Gothenburg.

Wow, tremenda interpretación. Esto es mucho más que una versión, es una re-creación al estilo Angelina. Superar al original es su lema y lo cumple a cabalidad. 13 años y su voz suena como si fuese una cantante consumada cuando aún le falta el desarrollo natural que se logra con los años. I really love this version with a 4-piece jazz band, better than the concert with the Norway Military Band on RU-vid & even better than than the studio version on her CD "It's Magic." I sure hope her upcoming CD is with either a 4-piece jazz band or an acoustic guitar. Big bands are not her forte. Kudos to the guitar player who did an amazing solo at the end.

It’s like she channels the original artists, she shares with us what she’s feeling, what the original artists was feeling. But that’s not enough for Angelina, she can channel more than one artist at the same time and all this while still injecting her own arrangement while honoring the original song. It’s Dope. @James Stewart You're right James. She didn't sing It's A Man's World and she chose a song in the same style as her Golden Buzzer performance. Her age worked against her as well. Two miscalculations for Team Angelina. If she had followed my script, the superfans would have had no choice. If you ever heard her live version, you would agree. Cheers!

@@peterchristopherbanlon I have to agree. I often thought that after the golden buzzer song her choices were all wrong. Instead of showing her versatility, she chose Yellow Brick Road in almost the same style, and her 3rd choice was forgettable, with the sand painting taking all the attention, and then the violin taking the attention. She sang beautifully, but it was almost as if she gave the background music for the other two. Yickes. She should have showed them a different voice on the second show, not the same breathy voice. Something to show her full rich voice, like Born To Die, or and Adele song, where she sings better than the original. Then finish with your suggestion on the third one. Maybe it was nervousness in choosing the songs. I am guessing she was over thinking it, instead of going with her guts.

Just for the record: except for the initial song, the contestants are given a very limited list of songs to choose from, so please stop complaining. As for the third song, that one isn't even part of the contest, but a pure crowd entertainment for the results show. And anyone who's impressed by that violin playing need to reevaluate their understanding of that instrument.

@@YozhikvTumane I have no problem with diehard Angelina fans venting about what transpired on AGTChampions2020. Most of us know by now AGT picked the Finals song putting Angelina in a box. We're all unhappy with the result and some are showing their frustration. For the record, that violinist finished third while Angelina placed out of the Top Five, which, is absurd. Fans will have to settle for the global fame she genuinely deserves. Cheers!

The production team wanted her songs to be of that similar style, to make it easier for the mainstream TV audience to place her in a niche

Es posible superar esta versión? Con una cantante de la misma edad? Porque si fuera mayor no sería comparable . La complejidad de su voz, las inflexiones vocálicas y toda esa increible destreza en su interpretacion la convierten en una obra maestra. Quedamos atónitos ante semejante maravilla. Quién y cuántos artistas tienen el provilegio de cantar acompañados de una orquesta sin sentirse presionados o amedrentados por lo que esto significa Cuantos años tiene en ese momento? 12 o 13?😮😮 Increíble. 😅😅😅

Unfortunately the contestants in AGT aren't given a free choice of what to perform in the final. It's more or less decided by the producers.

@@BaronVonGreenback1882 I suppose that's how it works, but I only have second hand information and havn't done a thorough reliability check. The reason this applies for musicians/vocalists is the copyright issues, they only get to play/sing music that has been cleared by the producers in advance. I also read that comedians have to supply their manuscripts to the producers before performing to get pg-13 clearance - I suppose they also check for other stuff that might go against their "policies", i.e. they are censored. Dancers, acrobats, illusionists and other circus acts must get clearance for the music they use but besides that I guess they have more freedom of choice - as long as it's pg-13.
