To be honest, Angelina sounded better when she was 10 years old. Watch her older videos, when she used to actually pronounce words fully.

Angelina is a great artist in continuous transition, as she is only 15 years old, living her teenage years in Los Angeles, doing student activities, fulfilling her activities at Republic Records, creating and compiling songs and her future album. She is still defining her style, using various technical resources, putting "colors" in each sentence, modifying vowel placement, etc. With all this I believe that there are gains and losses until a style is defined!!! time will polish everything and it will shine even brighter. From my point of view, Angelina is a genius of our times and this caliber of human being, evolves at each stage.

There are many good singers out there, but very few actually sound unique. Most covers (especially on youtube) sound boring because they just try to emulate the original artist. Might as well just listen to the original one then. With Angelina you know that you will get something special, and not some karaoke style cover.

EXACTLY, Angelina is getting lazy with her pronunciation

Aina got the sheet music for this song. Hit every note, was pitch perfect, had a nice tone and very clear. Clearly has all the technical talent in the world. Also was dry as dirt. No personal involvement or connection to the song. Just not her song. Probably brilliant in other songs.

That's what I'm saying, the clarity in Angelina's lyrics has been suffering. When Angelina was 10 years old, her voice was near perfection. Crisp, Clear and she articulated so well we understood every word. Listen to her cover of Rihanna's Stay, and you'll hear what I mean.

@@SnarkierThan-U-R I don't see any trend, it was mostly just this song that she did this. Her other recent music is well enunciated including her two originals, Yesterday, and Billy Jean. All I ask was a little muddled as she kind of smoothed out the words, but understandable. Some of her Tiktoks are as you say as she jazzes up the songs perhaps a little too much, but they are kinda spur of the moment performances.

I think they went neck and neck on this song, but of course, Angelina can cover any style from 1921 to 2021, but maybe Aina will branch out like that, too. I haven't heard enough of her so I subbed.

Yes but one is a true natural genius, AJ, an the other one a true talented singer. Aina rendition is an easy listening cover.Nice no doubt. I advise you to go back to AJ and listen again and again. Some painting needs to be looked again and again, to find the true beauty, same with AJ..By the way easy listening is fine too..but one should be able to commit it's self to more demanding listening..it's how we grow our knowledge..And I can tell you that AJ on this song is way beyond Aina...Now for me no effort to be done to love and appreciate AJ renditions.
