Anago is a Yoruba dialect just like Ijebu dialect and several other dialects of Yoruba. We are trying to educate and you are here "talking" acting like a motor park boy. Do you despise knowledge that much. Have you ever stepped foot outside your "village" or in Cotonou or any part of Benin Republic before. Ema binu ori ki efi fila de ibadi. Maybe the info on this page on Anago or Nago dialect will help you. Olodo jatijati! www.lexico.com/en/definition/nago

My Jesus I never knew she has anything to do with Lagos not to talk of Yoruba dialect and she don't even forget the play way speaking Yoruba dialect its a small world really I won't even believed if anybody tell me this is a serious issue
It's not a serious issue at all. It means you haven't been following her music over the years as she speaks Yoruba although she speaks it Beninoise way. Her song like 'Alajumoke' years ago was about an old Yoruba folklore . Also, historically Yorubas from old Oyo Alafin migrated and ruled large swathes of west Africa. As she said she is from Iseyin and Abeokuta
@Charles brown your so right and rooted with history. and today there is a full blown war in the Cameroons btwn the French Cameroun goverment against the English speaking Cameroonians that have Igbo's in the South West region. bless up.
You missed out the part of her descendants coming from 'Iseyin'. Her sings in the 90's are Yoruba folklore. It's yet like you teaching your children your language while living in England or US. She said her aunt Tope, cousins in Abeokuta. What more?
