This is a brilliant look at that concept. Alot of us hide our anger and it gets worse. You dont have to be nice. Be assertive when necessary and control your anger. Control doesnt mean repress but to use of your free will.
At an old workplace I was voted as the most likely individual who would bring a shotgun to work and go on a shooting spree. I asked why? The reason they picked me was for the reason that i never get angry. It was a strange thing to win.
Ya'll need to stop 90% of the people who have personalities are explosive, implosive are the people who say sorry to every situation and regrettably builds the tension inside, I can tell 90% of the comments on here are explosive people
How do you truly know that? I always finding myself apologizing most the time just trying to avoid any conflict... And right now I just want to break everything in my path, objects and people. So I got a personality just for leaving a comment?
