Anglesey North Wales Fishing for Mackerel, Pollock, Wrasse + Bull Huss & Lobster - Sea Fishing UK

This video sees us fishing again, the dad and lad adventures continue. This time with my brother Simon and my friend Mark too.
Catching a whole range of fish from Mackerel and Pollock to the shark species Bull Huss and Dog Fish, we catch mini species, rock species, Wrasse, Bass and more.
Holiday sea fishing is the order of our video, we have some nice relaxing fishing, we eat well and have an all-around good time.
Fishing lots of different fishing marks and locations in and around the Isle of Anglesey and as ever I go over each of these at the end of the video on the touch screen in detail so you can find the same places too. This time I use the 3D maps to show fishing locations.
The video see's potting for Lobster, sea fishing bait gathering and we see two Porpoises whales playing in a bay we fish.
The areas we visit are popular holiday sea fishing spots on Anglesey.
Sorry I haven't give area detail about Mackerel Rock near Porth Dafarch but I hope to do a video about that area soon.

Trearddur Bay car park:
1972 Lon St Ffraid, Trearddur Bay, Holyhead LL65 2YP
Holyhead breakwater:
LL65 1YF is the postcode to the road that leads to the area to park for Holyhead breakwater just follow it around to the dirt road that leads to the breakwater.
Amlwch Breakwater:
Follow the road at this address Craig Y Don, Amlwch LL68 9DP...around keeping right down a dirt road to the parking. Then walk over to the breakwater as shown in the video.
Bull bay/Porth Llechog:
Nearest postcode for the car park on the cliff closest to the coastal path: LL68 9SB
Moelfre nearest carpark:
RNLI, Seawatch Centre, Moelfre LL72 8HY
Walk around past the statue on the coastal path left, past the RNLI launch ramp and around the cottage to the fishing spot in the video.

Great video, I live in Anglesey and have fished most the marks you have shown. Very informative and really well filmed. Good to see so many fish too as it has been fairly quiet recently.

Great video plenty of fish and the scenery was fantastic, tred Bay I fished that many many moons ago and what a session that was. Always in the back of my mind, caught small pollack, bull huss and yes doggys. Keep up the good work and happy birthday to your dad 🎂

Nice vid. On my to to Anglesey for a 5 day trip of camp/fish relax :-). in Aug. staying at Moelfre but aim to travel a bit to do a bit of lure fishing. Fished there 45 years ago.. unspoilt from your vids still. ty

@@FindingFishUK relax will be good.1st time camping in 45 years and as the wife is on her yearly visit to her mums in Dallas TX for 3 weeks.. intend to make the most of it.. both sea and coarse fishing. I know there a camp site right opposite the lifeboat station now. Looks good if a tad expensive but it has access to a v small cove in front on the camp (about 5 yards away) but that spot near the LB has always been v busy with anglers and TBO.. I like my P6Q

Nice to see you again. Loved the longer video, especially all the places I intend to fish, on beautiful Anglesey. Thanks for the cool comment Stephen, I wasn't sure if people would like the longer video but glad people do, Anglesey is a tough place to beat its stunning scenery and can fish really well. Your welcome for the video obviously, I was explaining to a friend I really enjoy editing the videos and the fact I have to fish to get the content to edit, well i say no more. Cheers Philip, yeah looking at reports along with some local chaps videos, the island doesn't seem to be producing amazing compared to other areas in the northwest so yeah feel very lucky to have the catches we did. Plus just love being on Anglesey so it's a winner even if I blank on the Isle. Scone was delicious I can confirm 😉 Tight lines pal and all the best.

Thanks for the comment pal, firstly yes you should be fishing it, not watching my videos (our videos are not good enough to warrant that kind of behaviour 🤣) Secondly jokes aside Thanks so much for the watch as I'm aware it's a long one I didn't want to miss anything out of our trip so ended up lengthy, the seal was something else that day but often is at that Mark. Thanks for the kind comment Rob, as far as I'm aware the breakwater hasn't closed since it opened again this year but its maybe worth asking in an Anglesey Sea Fishing forum or Facebook Group to confirm, we haven't been to Anglesey for a little while now so couldn't 100% it, but I haven't personally heard its closed and I'm a member of a few groups. I've always driven older cars 04 03 I did have a 07 zafira at one point but plauged me with issues, I can't properly comment on mechanical suitability of cars really as I'm very far from a mechanic but I run a vw sharan 03 (same as older Ford Galaxy and Seat Alhambra) which apart from rust, so far has been really good to me personally and for space cannot be beaten. But as with all second user cars not immune to chronic even scrap worthy issues so obviously I'm simply telling you my experience of the model so please don't choose a car based soley on my advice I'd feel awful if you got one that plauged you with issues. Thanks for the comment I'll let my dad know you wished him happy birthday. My next video is on the island again so watch out for that and the mackerel are much more cooperative in the next video. I was mainly wondering about the size , the mechanics would be up to me I drive a freelander it's over £80 to Amlwch and back (to st Helens)

@@ianconway4519 yeah is good on diesel, is a 1.9l used to cost about £30 to Anglesey and back Preston area before fuel rise ...but all the seats in this model come out with a press of a leaver so amazing for space it's basically a van with seats out.

Hi Anton, we have been very busy with a fishing related project we can't wait to show everyone, Autumn into Winter is our favourite time to sea fish, summer venues are super busy with holiday makers so we don't fish so much in summer unless we are on holiday.....if you can bare with us we will be making some new videos really soon. Thanks for the comment pal, I got mine from Aldi in the middle isle but I have seen them in a few places recently Tesco being one of them, the Aldi one seemed good quality where I am never sure with stuff online until I see it. However by looks only I've found one on Amazon that resembles the one I have but as ever not sure on quality. Hope that helps. All the best.
