I know, out of all the rods it has to be a penn wrath 😅 Those fxd 80 reels are good but with the deeper spool, not additional any more. But for the money, they are solid reels.

I usually fish that part of the menai over low water, the mark before the green👍 deep water and can throw up anything lol. Keep up the great videos👌👌

Well, I want to go back there geared up. A few years back there was a 70lb conger from there, so I believe. I've seen photos too.

🤣🤣 true, however... we are in the winter. We've had some good conger etc this winter mind. A few months now and we will be onto the big bull huss, conger and tope hopefully. We've got a boat trip organised in March aswell as some coarse fishing on the way.
