You click and collect on your website never works like described in this video, I’ve tried a million time to reserve items at the stoke on Trent shop and it’s always out off stock , and that’s the option of many people I know who try that particular way of reserving items , even stock items like bait and hooks I even mentioned it to the assistant manager.

Always loads of stock but customer service is horrendous I’ve spent thousands there and because of my last order and sheer lack of customer service I’d never use them again

I was surprised that they let me buy fishing hooks I am 15 years old I am happy that this was possible as I am not able to buy fishing hooks anywhere
