Anglo Indian Ball curry, Coconut Rice

I did the rice exactly - just added a few peppercorns. Did the ball curry with chicken. Have to say I am delighted. Didnt have red chillies so the devil chutney is for next time. A heart-felt thank you to you.

I am 83 yrs. I never used Rice cooker. Either khichdi, Pulao, Biryani Rice cooked. Indian Bhathiara way.

Authentic recipe for the ball curry. For the Devil chutney it is not necessary to use ginger and garlic.

The recipe is authentic, I wouldn't say the same for the Beef we get today.
