Bridget thank you so much for sharing all these recipes. Mum passed away in 1991 at age 46 and unfortunately never wrote down any of her recipes because she just knew them by heart. This was another staple in our household growing up. Sometimes beef vindaloo. Usually always some dahl was made for us kids too if we didn’t want anything spicy. Really appreciate all you do. 🙏🏽
