I was there and when they played the last song, I was literally like "NOOOOOOOOO why so short??? Damn!!" It was really really entertaining and fantastic! Love you Angus, can't wait to see you live again!
@@bigdaddydiesel5520 but they have released an album. If I remember well they couldn't play all the songs, they had only 45 mins 😢and Angus is such a funny man , he likes playing with us so there wasn't much time left
They only had one album at that time, so they could not have played that longer. Still was a great show, cool thing is, that you can see me in the crowd everytime they show them! One of the coolest things: They brought two or three of the best songs at the beginning and still rocked the rest of the show very well! Thomas is such a showman!
I love him, but it feels like 90% of the lines are playback, they sound the exact same as in the disc and that didn't happen in his previous band. In the first song it seems like he only sings the last two lines or so.
@@WilliamRyan-h2y I personally think that spectacle goes first, but of you're gonna use backing tracks, at least they should not be so obvious and leave something for the improvisation of the moment. Some of Thomas best career moments were times where he deviated from what was in the album song, I get if his voice is not as healthy anymore he may want to use backing tracks but he should find a way to mix that with the things he can do on a live stage
Actually if you listen closely, there's a lot of subtle differences. For example, when he sings the line "Fallen Hero" in "Master of the Universe", there's a bit of extra vibrato in the word "Fallen" that isn't there on the studio version. That tells me he's definitely singing live.@@andarerYT
@@NeonSprinklesTVYeah, Thomas used to be in Gloryhammer, Seeb is still the main guy in Orden Ogan (new album soon!), Thalia played on two albums with Frozen Crown and Manu on two with Rhapsody

"Metal is just so dark, grim and angry all the time" Think I just found another clip to show to people who say that, lol. Seen them last year at Masters of Rock and they were amazing.
If you want to hear one more song from Wacken 2023 - just check Angus McSIX channel on YT - there you will find Starlord of the Sixtus Stellar System LIVE - just do it! All HAIL!⚔
5:52 the combination of this funny dancing chick, laser-shooting dinosaurs song and metal mosh pit in the corner is literally making me laugh my balls off btw, i want to see gloryhammer's members faces's when they hear thomas' vocals and remembers why did they fired him
Love it. I can't listen to Gloryhammer any more after all that stuff so I'm glad Angus has become Angus McSix! Thalia is great too. watched some of her live videos including the Awakening cover.
I 2nd the comments below. A little cheesey. But all in a good way. Yeah these MoFo's know how to have a good time! Great singer and solid musicians. it would be kinda cool to add a few more characters/members? Maybe next album. lol Good times hell yeah. Makes me want to go to bloody Wacken!
is this really not playback? dont get me wrong the do play awesome but i saw another live with this same song and it wasn't even close to sound like this, and that make me doubt a bit
Thomas canta muito e quem conhece de antes já sabe, mas porra bicho, priorizaram demais a performance e apelaram muito pro playback. Espero que com mais tempo de banda nesse novo projeto achem um equilíbrio. Show enérgico e divertido.
So nice to hear great music that isn´t meant being too serious. An I never thaught that a notar could be such a nice funny guy. You know the picture in your head when thinking about "Beamte"
Honestamente, con esa armadura más parece un personaje de Saint Seiya Knights Of The Zodiac que un Master Of The Universe 😂🤣. De ley si hacen una película de He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe tienen que incluir este TEMAZO en el soundtrack🤩🤗😎
When the show starts and the girl shouts to encourage the audience, does she not have a microphone or am I blind? How does the audio come out? Or don't wait, it's all a great playback, right? It doesn't matter, I want to see them live! Angus is great!
Can't wait for them to come around my neighborhood. Gloryhammer is kinda shit without him, the new guy has no voice live and DEFINITELY no stage presence like Thomas. This guy is just pure fire.
@@heinrichstaub5780 I could be wrong, sounds way too close to me. If it's not lipsyncing then maybe they are doing something different from Gloryhammer because he had trouble on live performances with Gloryhammer. If I recall correctly Gloryhammer refused to use any kind of voice track for him which was an issue because he allegedly refuses to take singing lessons and doesn't take care of his voice. You can google it, I've seen people saying the same stuff for a while or how he sings the wrong lyrics but it doesn't come out since it's a voice track. I find it really suspect when any band sound about as good live as they do on the album. I'm not really taking anything away from the performance even if it's lip sync because it's better than a bad performance and if it helps keeping his voice healthy then it's fine.
@matx6666 it's called backing tracks, they use click track so they can synchronize together. They are performing live but synchronized. That's why they wear earphones.
