Actually he isn't, Splatoon came out way later. He's been the Animal Crossing Series for a while. He was in AC New Leaf, which came out around 2013ish, the first Splatoon came out around 2015ish.

Made a friend on Splatoon 2 while back and visited their island today which was an amazing experience! I bought this game partially for this social multiplayer and it blew my mind, really wholesome. Seems as dodgy as the Nintendo online communication is, this game has got a great charm in multiplayer. Rowan my man! One of my starters and my fav villager so far

Jazzy I want you to play "guardian tale" it's an adventure game that your a loyal cute knight that can save the world and you can do choices to do good or evil but every one can play but I want jazzy cuz I love her and sorry it's not a co-op game... And I'm your huge fan just to let you guys know 😁
