Diane St Clair is responsible for making the best butter in the country. After gaining recognition by producing for Chef Thomas Keller at The French Laundry in California, her butter has become one of the most sought after dairy products in the United States. She was able to produce just enough for Dedalus and only a few other retailers. We were so lucky to be able to sit down with Diane to chat all things Animal Farm!
