To what I've kinda learnt from trading videos, the best way to trade up is trade rims for clothing betas, then clothing betas for low grade short spikes/wristbands, then those spikes for den betas and those den betas for higher spikes? Is that kinda how it works? (I haven't played since lockdown and kinda out of wack with rarity)

Yes! You're totally right! I usually don't trade clothing betas for wristbands though, since people want a lot of them for just a den beta. (Ever since the worth of clothing betas went down since people began farming them) I usually just opt to selling clothing betas for 2 diamonds, then buying den betas or higher spikes with the diamonds I have, then the rest of what you said is still pretty spot on. I also came back a while ago, and I was out of wack aswell, but nothing has really shifted too much besides the worth of clothing betas and a few more items!
