Its a glitch and obviously you dont want to play though the game for an answer to this very simple question. If only someone could answer your questions, instead of a snarky remark.
@@saesie4913 no dumbfk, teleporting to the animal head doors room by pressing rr,ll,dd,uu, with the flute is NOT a glitch, you learn that from the fish in the room right below... literally just 3 seconds away teleporting to the endgame using the bubble IS a glitch

Something to do with the game trying to update you to the x axis of the normal flute teleport destination but rhe bubble he's standing on updates his y-axis at the same time. So it's X-axis of the flute destination and Y-axis of the bubble. It's called bubble warping and there's video up of it on yt that explains it better
