My sleep paralysis wasn't that bad because I gave the male demon bedroom eyes, he got uncomfortable and forced me to wake up, my gayness saved me from that sleep paralysis

Mine was I saw a shadow move along my wall then to my bed lift up the blankets and the stopped. THENBOOM it felt like I was being picked up and pushed on the wall woke up scared af and in the corner of my bed on the wall
My sleep paralysis experience: So there was this male demon looking straight at me. So I closed my eyes and tried to lucid dream. Once my confidence was good star platinum beat the f out of the demon

I had sleep paralysis but I also had lucid dreams. I saw a deformed woman standing near my door, so I imagined something cool to get rid of her. What happened: She was blasted by an ARC trooper and I woke up. Thank you, Star Wars!

It happens to me some times. But of all the times it happened to me I’ve never seen anything. But I can feel a presence in my room like someone’s there it’s just creepy feeling. What I do to get out of it sometimes I close my eyes really hard until I just wake up lol. I always fall asleep with my fan on. But whenever I don’t have a fan or something on making noise it’s like it always happens. I also watch videos until I fall asleep
Somewhere I read that since you cant move ur whole body it takes alot of effort when in sleep paralysis just focus on moving one part of ur body to get out of that stage such as a pinky since a pinky or one finger does not take much effort

My sleep paralysis demon is pretty scarry too (it's ALWAYS the same) Long limbs but no hands or feet No hair His skin is pitch black but somehow, his eyes are even darker Slim Kind of like a hollow from the movie "miss peregrine's home for paculiar children" We have our differences but.... He's a pretty cool guy once you get to know him.... Except for when he "stabs" me with his handless sharp arm

He tried to scream for help, but she was sitting on his chest, so he couldn’t talk or anything. The woman reached out her bony hand with claws on it. She scratched his face, slowly and painfully. He then woke up, sweating
Wow this is horrific. I have been watching many videos. Yours is one of the best as well as one by Sleep Mares episode Dont let go. I feel sorry for people that go through this. I wish I went through it in a way but at the same time I dont want to if that makes sense
My only sleep paralysis experience was with the faceless lady, it felt like she was feeding on my fear as i layed there paralyzed. Finally i was able to whisper jesus' name and she immediately disappeared and i jumped up and slept in my living room for 6 months.
Just a tip for anyone who experience sleep that everything that happened during sleep paralysis is the cause of your imagination so you can control what happens if you think calmly and don't think scary things
Godly King omfg that sounds funny, sadly I’m not that brave when I get sleep paralysis. I can’t move and my heart beats so fucking fast it’s as if I’m running a race but not even moving lol (I haven’t hallucinated at all throughout my experiences) but I wouldn’t imagine myself saying ‘fuck off’ with in an instance of seeing a fucking demon while u can’t move! 😂😂
I totally understand you dude!... I have sleep paralysis since childhood and no I’m 22 and still have them.. When i was younger i was so afraid of sleeping :(, I still can remember the voices... Something that works for me is to cover my eyes with my blanket and also cover my ears. It seems weird but it did work for me.
From the few sleep paralysis experiences ive had, ive learned that you can quickly regain movement in your body by focusing on moving your mouth first. By regaining movement in your mouth you soon regain movement in the rest of your body starting with your head
I had a sleep paralysis once: I remember that I woke up and noticed that I couldn't move. After that I understood that I was having a sleep paralysis. There wasn't any scary figure or sound, so I thought:" Isn't it supposed to be there a demon?“ *Bad mistake*
@@kazyt9334 the reason is bc all the things you see is because of your mind, so if you didn’t panic or think about demons then you most likely won’t see any, but if you start panicking then you’d feel in danger, and that’s what causes you to see demons
This video just made me remember my first sleep paralysis dream thing. I was in my room and I felt something heavy on my body. I couldn't move or blink. I heard myself laughing in my ear saying something I can't really talk about. my voice was getting deeper and deeper until I heard some girl's voice. I can't remember what she said but she sounded like my baby sister. I'm now 12 and i'm still scared about that moment. And now my nose is bleeding
When I was younger, I had only 1 experience of Sleep Paralysis, where my ceiling was in darkness, pitch black, where I saw a 3D Model, humanoid figure, melt out of the ceiling, until I either fell asleep, OR blacked out.
Haven't had any nightmare since 2012 (I was 8). I also have never had a sleep paralysis. Reasons behind all of this: 1. I barely even dream anything. 2. Don't have any health issues or psychological. 3. I have stress only daytime but even then I just walk around what's causing it. 4. Lack of imagination (I can barely imagine)
I always thought it was weird that people with sleep paralysis experience the same kind of hallucinations and auditory hallucinations, like shadow people and demon like creatures. Makes you wonder if it’s a coincidence or something more than that
Your probably not gonna read this, but when i have sleep paralysis, i dont always hallucinate, but i can feel, recently, i had it where i felt something scratch down me leg. I couldn’t see it But it hurt, even when i woke up.
Sometimes, I was expecting sleep paralysis when I sleep in a van. It always happens, so I was always ready for it so I can practice breaking out of it by forcing my body to move.
A method for sleep paralysis. 1) Don't Open Your Eyes 2) Put your mind in a good place (happy thoughts) 3) Tell yourself it's all in your head doing these will either lead you to a lucid dream or to wake up to 100% wake up try to move your fingers. once you are able to move at a certain pace you will randomly wake up (things will try to distract you ignore it do not open your eyes no matter what).
I remember that one night I had a sleep paralysis, when i opened my eyes I was in the same room but i was still dreaming and still uncapable to move my arms. In the end I finally woke up, it was scary af.
What’s trippy to me is that us folks with sleep paralysis all see the same hallucination. The lady and the weirdo shadow dude. I haven’t seen the little girl yet. It’s scary but I get these so often that I started becoming friends with these shadows. Give them names and then reprimand them for messing up your night.
Solution: Don’t sleep alone noticed that everytime I slept alone I would get them but when I would sleep next to my dog I would never get them haven’t got em in a while scared to get one they’re so scary to me it’s a scary experience
I went to sleep on my side and I had a nightmarish dream and me and my bestfriend went with a teacher to a classroom and I go into the classroom and sit down I look at the window and there is a guy who looks like his soul was being taken over and I scream look at the window and then there was another guy next to me who looked crazy and looked like his soul was being taken over I close my eyes amd start praying to got and I said in my dream,"god please make this stop" i wake up and I can't move anything I was laying on my back looking at the ceiling and then there was a dark shadow hovering over me and I just relax until it goes away then i am able to move and the shadow is gone and the dream I had before i had sleep paralysis wsnt like any dream ive had in my whole life this occured today at 3:10Am

Here's a tip: My fight or flight always triggers to fight, never had sleep paralysis but did have night terrors, saw things standing over me or voices whispering then shreaking my name. So I started forcing myself out of bed when that happened, would stand where I had seen the thing, and tell it out loud that it had no power. Then I'd turn on the light, and when nothing was there say "see, even this glass bulb has more power than you. After a few months it stopped as I kept doing this, a decade later I'm nightmare free.
*my friend Victor had one in the Elevator, his sleep paralysis demon was counting down from 10,, coming closer to him every number. Until it hit one, the demon was pressing on his chest, and at zero, it was gone. When he told me that, it gave me the chills.*
