There’s a reason why anime like Scissor Seven are so popular. The animation style is more focused on the beauty of the movement, rather than ungodly speed. Even Jujutsu Kaisen has scenes where the hand to hand isn’t actually stupid fast, but the flowing movement creates a natural speedy feel to it. One of the many reasons you’ll see scenes from similar anime at the top of the top 10 lists.
